A.Caulfield are highly experienced in the legal requirements,best practice and guidelines of designing and constructing disabled access, disabled toilets, including visual & hearing impairment, dyspraxa, learning difficulties and their respective issues.
They were prominently involved as one of the nominated sub-contractors in the construction of disabled access and toilets in over two hundred schools and county buildings in Herts. This included lifts, platform lifts, ramps, handrails, disabled toilets with overhead hoists, electric wall mounted beds, showers and sluice sinks, automatic doors, signage/visual aids, flooring/walls, car parking and general circulation issues.

A.Caulfield have worked closely with clients such as, LEA, Architects, Surveyors, Headteachers and Governors interpreting their needs and offering initiative solutions, balancing what is cost effective and practical against specific requirements.
